EngineersOfAI in Paris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Recruiting team. You will help deliver a positive candidate and interviewer experience and coordinate complex interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will collaborate with recruiters, interviewers, candidates, and hiring teams across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands, supporting scheduling, onboarding, and documentation while improving our recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential for coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Experience supporting end-to-end interview processes and scheduling workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Candidate and interviewer experience: Prepare and send clear communications and calendar invites; act as a reliable contact throughout the recruitment process.
• Interview coordination: Organise interviews for technical and product roles across time zones; manage online, panel, and onsite interviews.
• Recruiting process improvement: Propose scheduling workflow improvements and own smaller projects to boost efficiency and quality.
• Recruitment operations: Maintain interviewer pools, considering availability, expertise, and diversity.
• Tools and documentation: Support recruitment tools and scheduling solutions to improve documentation.
• Data and reporting: Track scheduling metrics and produce relevant reports.
