Diabolocom, a leading European sovereign cloud CCaaS and CX platform, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the HR team in Paris. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing strategy, interviewing, and closing hires, with a focus on technical and specialized profiles.

You will collaborate with experienced hiring managers, technical experts, and senior leaders. The role involves direct sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pools, within a collaborative TA team and HR

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to manage recruitment independently from briefing to hire.
• Experience recruiting technical/complex profiles (Software Eng, AI/Data, Infrastructure, senior positions).

Aufgaben

• Manage recruitment processes from A to Z across the full cycle.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into sourcing strategies.
• Recruit across roles with focus on technical and complex profiles.
• Take ownership of direct sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates.
• Build talent pools and explore new sourcing channels and tools.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' fit and motivation.
• Provide hiring managers with data-based assessments and recommendations.
• Maintain candidate communications and a positive candidate experience.
• Adapt to varied stakeholders, from senior leaders to managers needing guidance.
• Keep ATS data accurate and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Share market insights on candidate availability and compensation.
• Contribute to continuous TA improvements and best practices.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team and share knowledge.
