Job summary

HyLight is building autonomous, hydrogen-powered airships for zero-emission aerial inspection. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to find and win over hard-to-reach engineers, operations and business professionals who will help scale our mission.

The ideal candidate has headhunting or in-house recruiting experience, is fluent in English and French, and excels with LinkedIn Recruiter, multiple searches, and partnering with hiring managers to shape candidate profiles and drive fast,
