This internship supports hiring at a fast-growing startup, mixing interview scheduling, candidate communication, job postings, applicant tracking upkeep and some sourcing and screening. A strong candidate is organized, careful with detail and comfortable juggling many small tasks while staying friendly with candidates and hiring managers. Fluent English and French are required, and the internship is meant to run three to six months from September.

AI can already take over parts of recruiting such as drafting job posts, summarizing applications, suggesting candidate matches and handling scheduling. That shifts the intern's time toward judgment calls and conversations.
