• Able to speak English and French with technical candidates.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture a candidate pipeline with regular updates and metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate vague needs into precise candidate profiles.
• Draft personalized outreach messages that improve response rates.
