Job summary

Job description

The role is for a full-stack engineer with a few years of shipping real web apps who can own internal tools from idea to production. A strong candidate brings React, TypeScript, Node or Python, PostgreSQL and a solid delivery setup with Docker, CI and tests. They also bring the habit of sitting with colleagues in operations and engineering, learning how the business runs, and turning messy manual steps into clean software.

AI changes the work by speeding up routine coding and making it realistic to automate whole workflows, such as compliance paperwork or status updates, rather than just assisting with them.
