Operations · Paris, France · Full-time · Entry level
This internship supports the Chief of Staff across finance, operations, strategy and admin at a fast-growing hardware startup. Day to day, that means budgets and forecasts, reporting tools, investor and customer presentations, and owning small projects handed over by the leadership. A strong candidate learns fast, structures messy problems, communicates clearly in English and French, and follows through with little supervision.
AI tools can now draft slides, summarize research, clean up spreadsheets and speed up first-pass analysis, so much of the routine prep work in this role gets faster. What stays human is judging which priorities matter, checking numbers before they reach an investor, and coordinating people across engineering, flight and data teams. The role rewards someone who uses AI to free up time for judgment and follow-through.
The company turns flight data from LiDAR, imagery and methane sensors into automatic defect detection, so an intern sees how AI creates value in a real industrial product. Working close to leadership on planning and reporting gives a view of what an AI-driven inspection business needs to measure. To build more, an intern can automate recurring reports and dashboards with AI tools and document what worked.
