Job summary

The FDE Company, operating within the Devoteam group, seeks a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring funnel for engineers from junior to senior levels. You will identify, approach, and convert talent that may not be actively looking, guiding candidates through a rigorous process.

You will partner with Devoteam HR, manage schedules, and deliver timely written feedback. Paris-based, hybrid work is offered, with clear speed-to-offer commitments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical recruitment, in-house or agency, with direct approach of passive software or data engineers.
• Ability to hire engineers end-to-end, from outreach to offer.
• Strong bilingual communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the full FDE hiring funnel from initial contact to signed offer for all ranks.
• Screen CVs, run fact-based screenings, verify references and track records.
• Coordinate technical sessions and feedback, maintaining a tight calendar and fast decision cycles.
• Build and nurture a candidate community and run the referral program with HR.
