Job summary

The FDE Company, founded by Devoteam, is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Lead – Forward Deployed Engineers to own the hiring funnel from first message to signed offers for engineers at all levels. You will source, screen, and engage both junior and senior candidates, guiding them through fast, rigorous interviews and a clear decision process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruitment experience across engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage engineers at junior and senior levels.
• Fluent in professional French and English; strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to run fast, rigorous hiring processes and provide feedback.
• Ability to build and manage a scalable recruitment funnel with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Source engineers directly from schools, referrals, and passive outreach.
• Own the front half of the process: CV screening, candidate ranking, and initial screening.
• Coordinate reference checks, async exercises, and technical interviews.
• Decide who moves forward and maintain a tight calendar and feedback loop.
• Lead the referral program with HR and build a scalable pipeline for growth.
