Diabolocom, a leading European sovereign cloud CCaaS and CX platform, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in Paris. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on technical and highly specialized profiles, including software engineers and AI/research roles, collaborating with senior leaders and HR peers.

You will manage direct sourcing, build talent pools, and continuously improve sourcing practices while working in a hybrid model with up to 2 remote days per week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition, in-house or agency
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently
• Experience recruiting technical/complex profiles
• Direct sourcing and headhunting experience
• Comfort with senior leaders and C-level stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English

Responsabilités

• Manage recruitment processes from A to Z, including briefing, sourcing, interviews, selection, offers and signature.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective recruitment strategies.
• Recruit across software, AI, infrastructure and leadership roles as needed.
• Build and nurture talent pools and explore new sourcing channels.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess fit, skills and motivation.
• Provide data-driven assessments and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain clear candidate communication and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to improve processes.
