Job summary

Prelude is seeking a hands-on, autonomous technical recruiter freelancer to own the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing, focusing on Engineering and Product teams in Paris. You’ll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define strategy, drive sourcing, and improve efficiency, while delivering a great candidate experience.

You’ll join a small, passionate team with a bias for action and ownership, contributing across roles as needed in a fast-growth SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of recruitment experience in tech/product
• Experience hiring for SaaS/tech startups or fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management and market insight sharing
• Excellent sourcing creativity to build pipelines
• Fast-paced, motivated, resilient and data-driven
• Clear English communication and candidate experience focus
• Experience with international hiring is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define needs
• Develop outbound strategies and candidate outreach
• Advise on compensation benchmarking and hiring approach
• Build and manage a structured talent pipeline
• Identify and fix gaps in the hiring process
• Own TA metrics, funnel analysis and reporting to guide decisions
