• Assist the France/Benelux Recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates both graduates and professional candidates in IT and Business Consulting
• Participate in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events to attract top graduates from these universities
• Support the team in organizing numerous recruitment events across France
• Work on a variety of global recruiting projects to enhance the team’s effectiveness and improve our various external events
• Reporting of recruiting KPIs
• Join an international environment that is focused on techological innovation in our Paris office
• Acquire an experience at the core of financial services most presssing challenges

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’sdegree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or any other relevant fields of study
• You have a passion for attracting and sourcing talent, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
• Fluent in French and very good level of English required
• You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high-quality recruiting results
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly phone manner
