Reply specialises in the design and implementation of solutions across AI, big data, cloud computing, digital media and IoT. Based in Paris, the France/Benelux Recruitment team invites an enthusiastic intern to assist in sourcing and screening IT and business consulting candidates, and to take part in university careers fairs.

You will support recruitment events across France, work on global projects and report KPIs, gaining practical HR experience in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or any other relevant fields of study.
• Passion for attracting and sourcing talent with awareness of recruiting trends.
• Fluent in French and strong command of English.
• Goal-oriented with excellent communication and phone skills.

• Assist the France/Benelux Recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates both graduates and professional candidates in IT and Business Consulting
