Quandela, a leader in quantum computing, seeks an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to help attract the best talents as we expand in the quantum sector. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, campus relations, and employer branding, with a focus on interns and junior hires.

The position supports a Master’s student with an Internship Agreement and a 4/6 month duration. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s in HR or related fields, with HR Ops experience, MS Office proficiency, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with internship eligibility.
• This position requires an Internship Agreement to be valid.
• Strong interest in recruitment in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Experience with HR Ops and recruitment via internships or academic projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end internship recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
• Assist HR admin tasks, internship agreements, registrations, onboarding sessions, and training coordination.
• Create engaging job descriptions and employer branding materials.
• Maintain ATS data and monitor recruitment KPIs.
