Quandela is seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to join our team in Massy (Île-de-France) starting in October. You will support recruitment for interns and junior hires, develop campus partnerships, and assist with HR operations.

You will work with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, maintain the ATS, onboard new hires, and help organize campus events to showcase Quandela’s opportunities in the quantum computing sector.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Passionate about recruitment and campus outreach.
• Experience in HR Ops and recruitment via internships or academic projects.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with online recruiting platforms.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Support the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding.
• Develop and manage campus presence with universities and student communities.
• Assist HR Operations tasks including onboarding, registrations, and training coordination.
• Create engaging job descriptions and employer branding materials; maintain ATS and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for interns and junior hires.
