The role requires advanced financial modeling, ERP/EPM expertise, and proficiency with Excel plus data viz tools. A hybrid setup supports Massy and Paris collaboration, with remote elements.

The FP&A team lead will take the lead in developing financial plans, budget models, and forecasts to guide the company's future performance. You will work closely with department heads to analyze business performance and present actionable insights that drive financial efficiency and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budget development and monthly forecasting.
• Collaborate with department leaders to build and refine financial models that accurately represent operational performance Prepare presentations and materials for executive meetings regarding budget performance and financial outlook.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports, ensuring consistency and transparency in reporting.
• Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement; provide meaningful insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Support strategic initiatives by developing financial scenarios and conducting models for potential projects and investments.
• Enhance FP&A processes by implementing automation tools and best practices.
• Participate in the implementation of an ERP system to streamline financial reporting and operational processes.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field ; MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred. At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably within high-tech or deeptech industries, specializing in both software and hardware solutions. Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Proficient in financial modeling and analysis software ; experience with ERP and EPM systems is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various functions. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Fluent English to effectively operate in our international environment. Passion for technology and an interest in quantum computing is highly desirable.
