The FP&A team lead will take the lead in developing financial plans, budget models, and forecasts to guide the company's future performance. You will work closely with department heads to analyze business performance and present actionable insights that drive financial efficiency and growth.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field ; MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred. At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably within high-tech or deeptech industries, specializing in both software and hardware solutions. Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Proficient in financial modeling and analysis software ; experience with ERP and EPM systems is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various functions. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Fluent English to effectively operate in our international environment. Passion for technology and an interest in quantum computing is highly desirable.
