Alice & Bob is building the world’s first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer. We’re hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for tech and business roles, partner with managers, and optimize our ATS and sourcing tools.

You’ll develop sourcing strategies, build hiring dashboards, and drive candidate experience in a fast-growing startup. Join a diverse team of 250+ and help shape hiring at a cutting-edge quantum company.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition or equivalent in startup/tech environment.
• Strong experience managing end‑to‑end hiring, especially for tech/product roles.
• Data mindset: analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actions.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruitment for tech and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and improve decision making.
• Manage ATS and sourcing tools; build dashboards and reports for hiring KPIs.
