Quantis, a leading sustainability consultancy, invites you to join our Talent Operations internship in Paris. You will gain exposure to consulting operations, workforce planning, talent processes, performance management, and cross-functional project coordination while developing analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university, business or engineering school with an active internship agreement (convention de stage).
• Interest in HR processes, data and operations.
• Fluent French with good English for cross-functional work.

• Support Talent Operations activities including performance review coordination and communications.
• Assist staffing coordination for consultants and interns; maintain workload planning data.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and operational dashboards; ensure data quality across tools.

THE ROLE

During this internship,you'llgain exposure to consulting operations, workforce planning, Talent processes, performance management, and cross-functional project coordination.You'llwork closely withtheFrenchOperations and Talent teamsand develop strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Talent Operations

• Support the annual performance review process by:

• Coordinating key milestones and communications.

• Following up with employees and managers to ensuretimelycompletion of performance reviews and feedback

• Preparing promotion templates and performance scorecards.

• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and provide support on ad hoc HR tasks as needed.

Staffing & Coordination

• Support staffing coordination for consultants and interns.

• Maintain workload planning and staffing data.

• Ensure staffing requests align with project pricing.

Reporting & Data quality

• Perform data quality checks across operational tools (Napta, NetSuite).

• Contribute to monthly reporting and operational dashboards.

• Monitor project data accuracy and timesheet completion.

Team Coordination & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare weekly operational meetings (French office coordination meeting) and help coordinatemonthlyinternal events (Junior's consultant gatherings, ProjectManagersgatherings,LineManagers forum,etc.)

• Assistin organizing and coordinating Career Development Committees.

• Document processes andidentifyopportunities to improve the way we work.
