Alice & Bob is building the world’s first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer. We’re hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for tech and business roles, partner with managers, and optimize our ATS and sourcing tools.

Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.

You'll join a fast-moving Talent Acquisition team (5 people, combining internal recruiters and RPOs) at Alice & Bob, owning end-to-end recruitment while bringing a strong focus on data, tools, and process optimization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands‑on recruiting and building smarter, more scalable hiring practices.

You’ll have real ownership and impact — shaping how hiring works in a growing tech company, not just executing it. In short: running the show while scaling it smartly and efficiently.

• Own full-cycle recruitment for tech and business roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and improve decision‑making
• Manage and optimize the ATS and recruiting tools (automation, workflows, reporting)
• Track, analyze, and improve recruiting KPIs (time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, pipeline health, etc.)
• Develop sourcing strategies adapted to a startup environment — proactive, creative, and targeted
• Build dashboards and reports to bring visibility to hiring performance
• Continuously improve candidate experience and hiring processes
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

• Experience: 5 - 7 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a startup or fast‑scaling tech environment
• Recruitment skills: Strong experience managing end‑to‑end hiring, especially in tech and/or product roles
• Data mindset: Comfortable analyzing recruitment data and translating insights into actions
• Tools: Hands‑on experience with ATS (e.g. Lever, Teamtailor) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent analytics tools, etc.)
• Analytical skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of dashboards (e.g. Notion) is a plus
• Soft skills: Structured, proactive, business‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Mindset: Builder mentality, you don’t just use processes, you improve them
• Nice to have: Experience scaling hiring processes in a small team; Interest in AI applied to recruiting; experience working closely with leadership in a startup context
