Thinkproject is seeking an infrastructure operations engineer to support the Thinkproject Platform across data centres, public clouds and co-locations. You will help ensure high availability, perform maintenance, and implement automation to improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with IT security and compliance teams, participate in on‑call duties, and provide on‑site support for our data centres. Fluent English and a proactive, self‑driven mindset are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the engineering, deployment, operation and optimisation of technology solutions for our customer platform, which are operated in various data centres (public clouds and co-locations).
• You proactively ensure the highest availability of systems and infrastructure.
• You will perform routine maintenance on the infrastructure of our SaaS solutions, including software releases, patching, and vulnerability scanning processes.
• Implementation of automations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Commit to self-development and learning to support innovative technologies and further your understanding of core operational principles.
• Support the company in the transition to innovative technologies.
• Working with our IT security and compliance team to ensure that Thinkproject adheres to industry leading security standards, maintaining compliance with our security accreditations.
• Actively participate in an on‑call and platform service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and managing escalations to other technical teams, senior management, or account managers.
• Produce accurate and detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes and procedures
• Participate in planning and executing the technical implementation of IT projects including risk management and reporting
• Provide on‑site support for our physical data centre locations

What you need to fulfill the role

• English speaking

• Proficient in time management and prioritisation.
• Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.

• Ability to challenge themselves and their work to ensure the right workload is in the right place, automating, simplifying, and standardising where appropriate.
• Experience with Azure and Azure AD
• Experience with Azure and AWS technologies and services
