Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Information Systems required.
• Initial experience in IT appreciated (internship or first role).
• Experience with ERP and SQL databases is beneficial.

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Application Administrator to join our IT team and contribute to the evolution of our information systems.

Mission

At the heart of our information system, you will play a key role as the interface between business teams and the IT application team.

Your objective:

• Ensure the performance, reliability, and evolution of our applications (ERP, CRM, BI, HRIS…)
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our information system

Responsibilities

• Ensure application availability and performance
• Configure and enhance tools based on business needs
• Manage incidents and ensure service continuity
• Monitor interfaces between applications
• Contribute to the development of data flows (API, EDI, middleware…)
• Analyze and resolve anomalies
• Provide technical and functional support
• Train and support users
• Contribute to documentation
• Ensure data reliability and consistency

Security & governance

• Manage user access and roles
• Contribute to data security and GDPR compliance
• Support backup monitoring and system availability

Projects & continuous improvement

• Participate in IT projects
• Support the deployment of new tools
• Proactively suggest improvements

Desired profile

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in IT / Information Systems

Initial experience appreciated (internship, apprenticeship, or first role)
