Sogeti is looking for a Linux systems administrator to join our team. You will work on the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Linux-based infrastructures, collaborating with experienced engineers to deliver reliable, secure systems.

In this role you will develop and optimize Shell/Bash automation, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Linux systems administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Shell/Bash scripting is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with automation and operational scripting.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and system security best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Fluency in English is required and a good command in French is an asset.

YOUR ROLE

You will play a key role in the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Linux-based infrastructures. Working alongside experienced senior team members, you will contribute to both operational activities and automation initiatives while ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. This position is ideally suited to a professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
