Job summary

Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel, is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead and bring to life our social, societal and environmental ambitions, working closely with our General Manager and teams.

You will drive progress through a clear strategy, concrete initiatives and measurable actions, coordinating audits, KPIs and cross-functional projects to engage both internal and external stakeholders with a passion for sustainable luxury.

Qualifications

• Higher education in hospitality, business, sustainability or related field.
• Significant experience in sustainability/sustainable development, ideally within hospitality, luxury or service industry.
• Strong project management, communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfortable with KPIs, reporting and certification processes.
• Creative, communicative and confident using Canva and social media.
• Fluent English and professional French are essential.
• Genuine ability to engage teams and bring people together around a shared ambition.

At Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel, we are looking for our Sustainability Manager to lead and bring to life our social, societal and environmental ambitions, working closely with our General Manager and our teams.

Our sustainability journey is already well underway, supported by a clear strategy, concrete initiatives and a strong vision. Your role will be to give it greater momentum, structure and visibility, turning our commitments into meaningful, measurable and engaging actions.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of our sustainability strategy with the General Management and departments.

• Full-time salary : 45,000 gross fixed annual salary
