Jobtailor in Belfort is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers, direct inquiries, and handle calls and chats from individuals and businesses. You will welcome customers, respond to inquiries, qualify and document requests, and complete internal training to become familiar with the tools and methodology.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in office software, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Assist customers with their requests
• Direct customers and provide appropriate answers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as chats, from individual and/or business customers
• Welcome customers and respond to their inquiries
• Qualify and document requests
• Complete internal training to become familiar with the tools and methodology
• Attend an interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the manager of the relevant department

• Fixed-term contract of 4 to 6 months
• 35-hour workweek, including Saturday work
• Variable schedule depending on the week
• Working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., on a rotating basis
• Schedules provided four weeks in advance
