Responsabilités

• Support Account Managers in managing their portfolios of international key accounts
• Handle and follow up on clients’ day-to-day requests
• Coordinate internal teams to provide solutions tailored to clients’ needs
• Prepare technical contract analyses and formulate recommendations
• Participate in consulting assignments and the marketing of new services
• Manage and advise a portfolio of smaller clients, depending on the level of autonomy
• Analyze tender specifications and requests for proposals
• Prepare technical responses to tenders with Bid Coordinators and Account Managers
• Contribute to client retention during consultations and contract renewals
• Provide first-level support to clients and partners
• Manage complaints and resolve blocking issues
• Identify and address requests from VIP clients
• Escalate complex or high-stakes situations to senior management
• Ensure that commercial activity is properly recorded and tracked in the relevant tools
• Verify that contractual changes are accurately reflected in amendments
