• Welcome and support professional customers directly in the store, building strong and lasting relationships with them
• Recommend services tailored to professional customers' needs, manage sales and quotations, and provide after-sales service
• Support the professional customer loyalty programme and participate in events aimed at professional customers
• Monitor performance indicators and help implement action plans to optimise performance
• Help promote and communicate the professional customer strategy to store colleagues
• Promote the PRO programme and ensure its visibility throughout the customer journey
• Ensure high-quality self-service: shelf stocking, aisle cleanliness, and product facing
• Help showcase the product offering through display stands, window displays, commercial campaigns, and promotions
