Summary:

The incumbent must have held a valid French Category B driver's license for a minimum of five (5) years.
The incumbent serves as a vital link in the U.S. Government's supply chain in France, holding primary responsibility for the receipt, verification, tracking, and documentation of all goods delivered to official U.S. Government locations throughout the country, including the Embassy, USOECD, and associated warehousing facilities. This role may also require providing receiving support at any of France's five constituent posts, offering the incumbent a unique opportunity to engage with operations across the country.
As the critical first step in establishing accurate property records, the incumbent performs precise data entry, tracks full and partial shipments, and generates comprehensive reports using the Department of State's Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS). This position demands strict adherence to U.S. federal regulations and offers the successful candidate a chance to build foundational expertise in supply chain management while directly supporting the mission readiness of U.S. diplomatic operations in France.
All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a: Non-Sensitive-Low Risk Public Trust security clearance.
All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.
