Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Product Expert based in France to help developers, founders and growth teams understand how a subscription monetization platform can support their business goals.

In this remote-first role you will lead discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, answer practical questions, and guide prospects toward the right next steps, working closely with sales engineering, account executives, and support to ensure smooth handoffs and

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain product capabilities clearly.
• Curiosity about app businesses, mobile subscriptions, monetization strategies.
• Clear, friendly communication, active listening, concise follow‑ups, adaptable explanations for developers, founders, and growth professionals.
• Practical technical understanding of SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls; involve engineering for complex questions.
• Commercial awareness to identify opportunities and recommend next steps without turning every interaction into sales pitches.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound inquiries and lead discovery conversations to understand prospective customers' applications, business models, objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Deliver clear, engaging product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's needs, explaining relevant features, use cases, limitations, and onboarding considerations.
• Translate product capabilities into actionable guidance that helps teams understand how to improve subscription monetization and move forward with confidence.
• Support product adoption by recommending next steps, sharing documentation and resources, and following up to help prospects progress independently.
• Identify qualified opportunities and connect them with the appropriate account executive, involving sales engineering for complex technical discovery or migrations.
• Document goals, requirements, open questions, and next steps to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity across teams.
