Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director of Product-Led Growth in France. You will lead strategy and execution of a scalable PLG engine for a global cloud technology business, owning ARR and driving freemium conversion, expansion, and retention.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate platform capabilities into intuitive user experiences, build data-driven growth programs, and accelerate international expansion.

Qualificações

• Significant Senior PM/Director-level experience in SaaS, cloud infra, or developer-focused tech.
• Proven ownership of ARR growth, freemium-to-paid conversions, and retention.
• Ability to translate complex products into intuitive self-serve experiences.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the product-led growth strategy and ARR targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and expansion across international markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify in-product monetization opportunities and optimize onboarding funnels.
• Improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven insights.
• Build and lead a data-driven growth culture with performance metrics.
• Support product innovation aligning platform capabilities with customer needs and AI opportunities.
