Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a Product Manager focused on monetisation to accelerate upgrades and recurring revenue among SMEs and accounting firms in France and Europe. You will own the monetisation funnel, run experiment-led tests, and collaborate with product designers, engineers, and squads covering invoicing, expenses, and banking.

You will interview customers, analyze data (SQL, Amplitude, Metabase), set OKRs, and shape a MVP-first roadmap. This role supports remote work across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong monetisation experience in SaaS or fintech environments.
• Experience running experiment-led monetisation programs.
• Data-driven decision making with SQL and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the free-to-paid & upgrade journey for SMEs and accounting partners.
• Define and improve upgrade surfaces and paywall experiences.
• Set OKRs and roadmap for monetisation across product squads.
