Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager CTV based in France to own the strategy and monetization of Connected TV inventory within a leading SSP. You will define the product roadmap, optimize auction mechanics, and collaborate with engineering, commercial, and supply teams to deliver revenue growth.

You will work in a fast-paced, international, fully remote environment with a strong emphasis on autonomous decision-making, measurable outcomes, and AI-enhanced workflows to optimize publisher

Qualifications

• Five+ years in advertising technology product management with proven sell-side CTV monetization results.
• End-to-end product ownership from roadmap to delivery with strong prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, VMAP and related ad tech.
• Commercial and analytical mindset to drive revenue and margins.
• Able to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers without coding.
• Familiarity with AI tools and building AI-assisted workflows.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the CTV product vision and roadmap focused on revenue growth and publisher value.
• Lead activation of publisher inventory with quality controls and compliance.
• Protect the ecosystem by reducing fraud and invalid traffic.
• Optimize auctions, ad pods, and yield while controlling bid-request costs.
• Expand demand partnerships and monetize inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering across the product lifecycle from discovery to production.
• Drive adoption, train teams, and measure post-launch impact on revenue and margins.
