Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Publisher Business Development Manager in France to drive publisher acquisition and revenue growth within the Google MCM ecosystem. This fully remote role focuses on in-app and CTV inventory, from prospecting to onboarding and technical integration.

You will build strong publisher relationships and push monetization opportunities across web, mobile, news, gaming, entertainment, and finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or publisher acquisitions within AdTech.
• Hands‑on GAM management including onboarding and policy compliance.
• Proven ability to acquire and grow relationships with mid to large publishers.
• Strong understanding of programmatic monetization, CPM, and SSP/AdX dynamics.
• Established network across web, mobile, or CTV publishers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, prospect, pitch, and onboard publishers into the Google MCM account.
• Prioritize in-app and CTV publishers; build partnerships across web, news, gaming, entertainment, and finance.
• Guide publishers through GAM delegated account setup and policy compliance.
• Maintain publisher relationships to improve monetization, yield, and revenue.
• Execute outbound acquisition strategies via cold outreach, events, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Monitor onboarding and performance; expand inventory and fix issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integrations.
• Stay updated on Google MCM policy changes and AdX requirements.
• Maintain an acquisition pipeline and report progress and revenue contribution.
• Meet publisher acquisition, onboarding, and revenue targets.
