Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a senior Strategy Lead to shape multi-year group and business-unit strategy from planning through execution. You will drive high-impact initiatives, partner with operations, finance and commercial teams, and ensure value realization across the fleet and mobility portfolio.

The role requires 6-8 years in strategic roles or 3-5 years in strategy consulting with strong analytical and communication skills, based in Paris and reporting to the Group Strategy Director.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in strategy consulting or 6-8 years in corporate strategy or significant relevant experience in the rental industry.
• Fluent English, ideally conversational French.

Responsabilités

• Shape Group and Business-Unit Strategy with clear roadmaps and priorities.
• Translate strategy into execution with value-creation initiatives across revenue, cost and asset use.
• Oversee end-to-end work streams, build business cases and drive value realization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, fleet, digital and finance.
• Define KPIs, monitor progress and support governance for senior leadership.
• Coach and develop team members to foster structured thinking and execution.
