Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a motivated Strategy Analyst to join the Strategy team in Paris. You will contribute to strategic and transformation projects, support project leaders, and deliver actionable recommendations while engaging with a broad network of Strategy contributors.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in strategy or corporate development, and fluency in English (French preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in management consulting or 3+ years in a strategy or corporate development department
• Master's degree from business school or engineering discipline
• Fluent English; French ideally conversational

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analysis including market research, competitor benchmarking and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and threats
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and develop data-driven recommendations
• Contribute to business modeling and revisiting operational models for functions/countries
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver strategic or transformation initiatives and manage work packages
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation
• Build relationships with internal teams to enable collaboration and information sharing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team
