Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group seeks a Strategy Analyst to join the Strategy team. You will contribute to strategic and transformation projects, support project leaders, conduct in-depth analyses and deliver actionable recommendations to drive business performance.

Responsibilities include market research, data analysis, business modeling and change management across functions or countries, with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality outcomes in a multinational context.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management consulting experience, or 3 years in a strategy or corporate development role.
• Master’s Degree from Business school or an Engineering degree.
• Fluent English, ideally conversational French.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analysis including market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to business modeling and re-design of operational models for functions/countries.
• Support cross-functional project delivery and manage work packages within projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal teams to enable collaboration and information sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas.
