Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a motivated Strategy Analyst to contribute to strategic and transformation projects. You will support project leaders, conduct in-depth analyses, and propose actionable recommendations while engaging a network of Strategy contributors across functions and countries.

The role requires prior strategy or consulting experience, fluency in English, and comfort working in a multinational mobility group.

Qualifications

• 2 years in management consulting, or 3 years in a strategy or corporate development dept.
• Master’s Degree from business school or an engineering degree.
• Fluent English; French conversational preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct strategic analysis including market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry insights.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable recommendations and drive business performance.
• Support business modeling and operating model redesign across functions/countries.
• Contribute to cross-functional project delivery and change management initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders and manage multiple work packages in a multinational context.
