Qualifications

• 3-5 years in strategy consulting or 6-8 years in corporate strategy or related experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

This role will develop, lead and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives across the Group, thinking from the 5-year strategic ambition through to detailed process design and implementation. The role combines top-tier strategic problem solving with a strong execution mindset to ensure strategic priorities translate into tangible business results.**AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :**● Shape Group and Business-Unit Strategy: Drive strategic problem-solving, develop strategic options and roadmaps, and support the annual strategic planning cycle. ● Translate strategy into execution: Design value-creation initiatives across revenue & commercial performance, cost & operational efficiency, and asset ; capital effectiveness. ● Ensure implementation is completed and value is lifted: Manage work streams end-to-end, run analyses, prepare business cases, and oversee execution to ensure value is generated. ● Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with all business areas — including operations, commercial, fleet, digital, finance and country teams — to align priorities and deliver outcomes. ● Performance; KPI tracking: Define KPIs, track initiative progress, and support transparent governance and reporting to senior leadership. ● Team development: Coach Analysts, promote structured thinking, analytical rigor, and an execution-driven culture.**Success Metrics :**● Strategic roadmaps developed with clear priorities and timelines. ● Business cases demonstrating quantifiable value across revenue, cost efficiency and asset/capital effectiveness. ● KPIs, dashboards and governance routines established and maintained. ● Execution of key initiatives completed on time with measurable value uplift. ● Strong cross-functional alignment and adoption of strategic ecommendations.**INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS :**● Internal: All functions and organizations, Group Executive Committee and Country Managing Directors and Shareholders representatives ● External: Partners, suppliers, other companies (benchmarks), consultancy / market study**PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER :** **Previous experience:** ● 3-5 years in strategy consulting or 6-8 years in corporate strategy or significant relevant experience in the rental industry in a strategic, commercial or transformation-focused role. ● Master’s Degree preferred**Languages :** Fluent English, ideally conversional French**Personal Characteristics :** ● Reliable ● Autonomous, self-starter ● Team player ● Adaptable and willing to learn ● Pragmatic ● Good communication ● Capacity to manage multiple subjects in parallel ● Capacity to work under time pressure**Location:** Based in Paris, at Europcar Mobility Group HQ**MAJOR AREAS OF COMPETENCY NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS :** - Outstanding analytical, commercial and financial capabilities /business acumen - Ability to simplify the complex and convert insights into actionable plans. - Proven ability and desire to deliver value drive execution and work across functions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior leaders.**RECRUITMENT PROCESS :** 1.
