Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Analyst to support strategic projects and organizational change within the Strategy, Transformation & Projects function. You will leverage data-driven insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements.

The role calls for strong analytical abilities, experience in business analysis or consulting, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
Experience in business analysis, management consulting, or process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
Previous involvement in strategic projects or transformation initiatives is a plus.
Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools is desirable.

Responsabilités

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Conduct data-driven research to support strategic decision-making and transformation efforts.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and perform gap analysis to uncover opportunities for change.
Run statistical calculations and perform quantitative analysis to inform recommendations.
Develop business cases for proposed changes, outlining benefits, costs, and risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor progress against metrics.
Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings to leadership.
