Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition I to drive exceptional talent strategies across the business. You will source top talent, build candidate relationships, and partner with hiring managers to fill professional, technical, and managerial roles.

This role may involve executive recruitment and large projects, vendor management, employer branding, and delivering data-driven recruitment outcomes to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience across professional, technical, and managerial roles.
• Experience with vendor relationships and executive recruitment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interview and recommend placement for professional, technical, and managerial positions with a positive candidate experience.
• Lead and manage significant recruiting projects, including vendor relationships and special initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• May recruit executive-level employees and contribute to high-level TA planning.
• Apply professional expertise with growing independence on projects and assignments.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies for timely pipelines.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
