Job summary

Concentrix in Paris seeks an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager (Secteur Telecom) to manage key client relationships and drive growth across strategic accounts. You will report to the Sector Portfolio Leader and develop, nurture, and retain client partnerships while aligning solutions with business goals.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, lead cross-functional collaboration, and execute robust account plans to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring high-quality service

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the client business, its objectives, and the sector.
• Proven ability to drive cross-sell and upsell within strategic accounts.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients across the telecom sector.
• Develops sustainable strategic account plans addressing whitespace and opportunities for growth.
• Ensures delivery excellence by aligning Concentrix services with client needs and governance agreements.
• Drives revenue growth through cross-sell/up-sell while meeting financial KPIs.
