Qualifications

• Demonstrates a clear understanding of client’s business, its objectives, strategy and industry where they operate.
• Supports portfolio/sector strategy development and uses knowledge of BPO and technical services to inform account plans.
• Builds and maintains long-term client relationships and aligns offerings to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops sustainable and profitable strategic account plans addressing whitespace, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Ensures financial KPIs (revenue, new business signings, gross margin) are met and maximizes TAM share within clients.
• Acts as the main point of escalation for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates to Portfolio Leaders.
