Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience in account management or client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage senior-level client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to analyze data for strategy.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains long-term relationships with assigned clients at CIO/CTO/CXO levels.
• Develops strategic account plans addressing growth opportunities across Concentrix services.
• Monitors account performance and ensures delivery of agreed KPIs and client satisfaction.
