JUST is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the recruitment strategy across all departments and scale a high-performing, mission-driven team. You will partner with leadership, manage end-to-end hiring, and elevate our employer brand to attract top talent for aggressive growth.

Based at Paris HQ, you will drive sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while delivering data-driven insights and process improvements to hire fast, smart, and with purpose.

Qualifications

• Experience building recruitment strategies from scratch or scaling processes in startups or scale-ups.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple departments.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing capabilities for technical and GTM roles.
• Excellent employer branding and candidate experience as a core hiring lever.
