JUST in Paris HQ is hiring an Operations Manager for a permanent, full-time role. You’ll join a small two-person ops team and work cross-functionally with tech, product, sales, and leadership to drive onboarding, data-driven insights, and strategic initiatives that shape our operations and growth.

You’ll focus on merchant onboarding, CRM-driven projects (Hubspot), and streamlined processes through no-code/low-code solutions, delivering tangible impact on the customer journey and business
