Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Marseille is seeking a Group Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for complex roles across the organization. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive proactive sourcing, and contribute to employer branding in a fast-paced international environment.

Fluent French and English are required, and you will operate within CMA CGM’s global growth context, shaping talent strategies and delivering best-in-class hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining in-house recruitment and executive search / direct sourcing experience.
• Strong expertise in headhunting and proactive sourcing strategies, with the ability to identify and engage high-quality talent.
• Experience managing complex recruitment processes and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• Data-driven mindset with an interest in recruitment analytics and process improvement.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex roles across the business.
• Partner closely with senior hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies, including headhunting and direct search methodologies, to identify and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets.
• Provide expert advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including candidate assessment, market insights and hiring decisions.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external partners.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and methodologies.
• Leverage recruitment data and HR analytics to support better decision-making and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Support and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador of the Group’s values and employer brand in the talent market.
• Contribute to foster an enabling work environment within the talent attraction team
