CMA CGM Group is seeking an Employer Branding Intern to join the Talent Attraction team in Marseille. You will support campaigns, content creation and events to promote the Group as an employer of choice for early careers.

Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with HR, students, graduates and external partners to strengthen our employer brand and enhance visibility across global channels.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction and Early Careers.
• Fluent in both English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and audience-focused with ability to develop engaging content across channels.

Responsabilités

• Produce engaging content for social media posts, articles, newsletters, videos, testimonials and presentations in line with Employer Brand guidelines.
• Create, adapt and update communication materials for students, graduates, professionals, employees, recruiters and academic partners.
• Contribute to employer branding campaigns across internal and external channels.
• Support the management and animation of the employer branding editorial calendar.
• Support employer reputation platforms monitoring and contribute to visibility and attractiveness analysis.
• Conduct market benchmarks and research on employer branding best practices and talent attraction trends.
• Assist in coordinating and promoting key university and early careers events (Career awareness events, company visits, etc.).
• Contribute to initiatives dedicated to interns, apprentices, V.I.E. participants and Graduate Program talents.
