CMA CGM in Marseille is seeking a HR Partner to support the Global IT Teams, shaping and executing the people and organization strategy for the Group’s technology agenda.

You will align IT people strategy with Group HR priorities, lead workforce planning, change management and leadership development, and collaborate with Talent, Learning and HR CoEs to build future-ready talent across the IT function.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR business partnering experience in global, matrix organizations.
• Expertise in organization design, transformation and change management.
• Strong capability in workforce and skills planning, succession and leadership development.
• Understanding IT, digital, AI and cybersecurity talent dynamics with data-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted HR advisor to Global IT leadership translating priorities into a people agenda.
• Challenge leaders on organization design, workforce planning and leadership effectiveness.
• Anticipate people implications of IT transformations and operating model changes.
• Align IT people strategy with Group HR priorities and governance with pragmatic IT solutions.
• Interface between IT leadership and HR CoEs to mobilize expertise and solutions.
• Lead HR support for transformation, governance, structures and ways of working.
• Partner on workforce planning, skills strategy and future capabilities, esp. AI/digital/cybersecurity.
• Support change management and employee engagement in major programs.
• Own priority transformation actions from recommendation to implementation.
