Job summary

CMA CGM in Marseille is seeking a Project Manager HR & Analytics to drive Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Engagement and Early Careers programs. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build dashboards, and translate data into strategic actions for leadership.

The role requires 7+ years in HR transformation or consulting, strong communication, and a digital mindset to partner with HRIS, IT and business teams. Marseille-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Consulting or Project Management and Transformation within HR, Human Capital, Talent Acquisition or related environments.
• Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations is a plus.
• Exposure to digital transformation and HR/recruitment solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional Talent Attraction projects from initiation to implementation.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and track deliverables; provide updates to leadership.
• Partner with HR, IT and Communications to improve processes and reporting.
• Build dashboards, KPI governance and executive-ready materials for senior leadership.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive digital adoption in Talent Attraction.
