CMA CGM is offering a Talent Development Internship where you will support the Talent Development team to drive employee growth and leadership capability, gaining hands-on experience in a global shipping and logistics environment. You will contribute to talent programs, data analysis, and process improvements while working closely with HR professionals and business leaders.

You will assist with training events, materials, and communications, helping to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High interest in learning and talent development in a global business setting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and talent development events.
• Support talent review and succession planning data collection and reporting.
• Prepare materials for leadership and career development programs.

YOUR ROLE

As a Talent Development Intern at CMA CGM, you will support the Talent Development team in delivering key projects and initiatives that enhance employee growth, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. You will gain hands‑on experience in a global shipping and logistics environment, working closely with HR professionals and business leaders to contribute to talent programs, data analysis, and process improvement.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TODO ?

• You assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and talent development events
• You support the administration of talent review and succession planning processes, including data collection and reporting
• You help prepare materials and communications for leadership and career development programs
• You participate in the analysis of employee feedback and learning needs to inform program improvements
• You contribute to the maintenance and updating of digital learning platforms and resources
• You collaborate with team members to track participation and outcomes of development initiatives
• You assist with logistics for assessment centers and career interviews
• You conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in talent development
• You support internal communications and employee engagement activities
• You provide general administrative support to the Talent Development team as needed

WHO ARE WE LOOKINGFOR ?

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• You have strong organizational and communication skills
• You have a strong interest in learning and talent development within a global business environment
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• You are collaborative, open-minded, and eager to contribute to team success
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital learning tools is a plus.
