Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience in customer service or transformation-focused roles is valuable.
• Strong analytical, project management, and strategic planning skills are essential.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• Knowledge of CMA CGM internal tools (NOVA, LARA, etc.) and processes is advantageous.
• Understanding of AI operations and ability to integrate AI solutions into daily tasks.
